Mince garlic and mix with vinegar. Let sit for 30 minutes. Wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges, place into salad bowl, season with salt and pepper, pour over garlic infused vinegar. Garnish with cilantro.

  • 2g garlic
  • 25g vinegar
  • salt, pepper, and cilantro to taste
