Wash the tomatoes, cucumbers, and Bulgarian pepper. Peel the cucumbers, seed the pepper, peel the onion. Cut all the vegetables into circles. Wash and finely chop the cilantro, basil, and parsley.
Place the vegetables into a salad bowl in rows, alternating between the tomato, cucumber, and pepper. Season with salt and ground pepper. Place the onion on top, then pour over the vinegar and garnish with the chopped herbs.
